We carefully prepare each order with the attention your living plants deserve:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
  • Delivery Areas: Worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas)

Plant Care Tip: We recommend inspecting your plants immediately upon arrival and following our included care instructions to ensure their health during any potential return period.

Returns & Exchanges

While we take every precaution in packaging your plants, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Our policy is designed to be as nurturing as our gardening approach.

Eligibility

  • Timeframe: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition Requirements:
    • Plants must be alive and undamaged
    • Original packaging should be retained when possible
    • Valid proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Plants showing signs of improper care (wilting, frost damage, pest infestation)
  • Fragrant plants and groundcover plants that have been planted

Return Process

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the plant(s), and reason for return
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization
  4. Ship Items Back: Package plants securely using our recommended methods
  5. Processing: We’ll inspect plants and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days

Refund Information

  • Timing: 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items
  • Method: Original payment method
  • Notes:
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for incorrect/damaged items)
    • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless due to our error
